We strive for quality. That said, our products are hand made, and are adult in nature.
Delivery and Despatch Time
All our products are hand-made, and production often takes up to 4 weeks, it can take up to 8 weeks. Larger orders or hard to source materials could add additional time. Orders are sent out when production is complete.
Liability
While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery, or damage to goods in transit, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns
Some products will be marked in the product listing that no return will be accepted of this product.
We cannot recirculate or resell any of our products once used, as they are adult in nature. We hold the right to determine if a product can be returned for a refund.
We may decide to fix your product or replace it if we determine that the product was used in reasonable ways. If we replace and request a return, it is to investigate how to improve our products.
Our products are hand made. And as such they are not going to be exactly as pictured. Be advised that this is normal. Knots and weaving and technique such as that makes for variation. Color dyes also make for variation.
Returns will not be accepted for color variations, these are hand made products and cameras are not exact.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Notes
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
