A legal disclaimer
We're hand crafters. As such, there are items that will have to be made before we send the product.
If it is already on stock and on hand, we will ship the item within a 14 day period. Usually via flat rate box. So the price of shipping is currently set for flat rate mailing in the continental US. If you need a purchase to go further abroad, there may be an issue that we will contact you to fix any issues. As tariffs have made shipping into and out of the US difficult, we will let you know if we hit this snag.
Some items will have to be made in order to send them to you. Our usual queue of making items is within a month. This can extend out if we have an unusual level of purchases or events all at once.
We usually send things out in flat rate boxes. If you have a custom order that has more items, we may need to re-negotiate this.
Liability
While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery, or damage to goods in transit, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery and Despatch Time
All our products are hand-made, and production often takes 4 weeks, it can take up to 8 weeks. Larger orders or hard to source materials could add additional time. Orders are sent out when production is complete.
