This is rubber implement. It hits hard and deep. Equal parts stingy and thuddy, but ouchie on both. It is so named because after one swat the testing sub turned around and asked, "What is that little fucker?"
 
All toys are given a score of 0-5 on Minimum Safe Skill(Sk), Level of Thud(Th), and Level Sting(St).
