The viper is so named because of how the tips are alternately cut. This simple toy will leave a solid mark. It is made out of Biothane, which is a name brand nylon webbing with a PVC coating. No rubber, no silicon, so no allergy issues. Easy to wash, clean, disinfect, and care for.
